Wanted to send in an express satchel but as they were out, she was changed extra to purchase a bag and express postage separately even though it was auspost's fault they were out of stock.. Paid and sent express same state and after 2 full business days the parcel hasn't even left the post office yet. Why does this post office even bother to offer express if they can't be bothered to send it after 2 days??
