    What a gem!
    I called and Jane straight checked what I needed. So helpful. They have pretty much everything the health conscious heart and tummy would be looking for even tempeh and organic gluten-free breads as well as a little selection of fresh produce. Wow!
    I was esp impressed by the selection of #vegan plant-based cheeses and #glutenfree selections

    Friendly and helpful staff.
    Lots of supplements, herbs and spices available.
    Some cheap bulk options for spices and other supplements.

    All round great store with heaps of variety, Just stay clear of the Homeopathic supplements (6X, 20C, 30X, etc...) see below for my reasoning behind this.

    Do a quick google search of homeopathy if you plan on buying a homeopathic substance.

    Homeopathic preparations has been medically and scientifically disproved in a March 2015 hearing by the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia.
